My name is Jason Ciurluini. My fitness journey began 5 years ago, when I decided to welcome positive change into my life. Through a healthy diet and exercise, I lost over 100 lbs in less than 5 months. I attribute this to a workout regime I created based on the key elements of yoga, boxing, cycling, marathon running and triathlon training techniques.
Today, I hope to promote positive change in others. As a teacher with a Masters in Education qualified in Physical Education, and as a Certified Personal Trainer, I have extensive expertise helping others achieve their personal health and fitness goals.
