I'm off to the Yukon for a week of fishing, filming and fun!
Here's an outdoor fitness routine to keep you going.

3x/week. 40 minutes of the following exercises with very little rest in between exercises.
-15 minute medium paced jog
-hill sprints or stairs. 3 Sets
-push up variations. Sets of 3, Your rep count max.
-walking lunge variations. Sets of 3, 15 steps each leg.
-body weight squat variations. Sets of 3, 12-15 reps each set.
-park bench jump, squat jump, or lunge jump variations. Sets of 3, 10-15 rep count depending on difficulty.
-pull ups on the playground monkey bars. Sets of 3. First rep 6, second rep 4, third rep 2.
-mountain climbers on ground. Sets of 3. Rep count of 20.
Be careful of the heat. Drink lots and lots of water. Your mind, body and spirit will thank you.
